Reviewed Green Salad with Roasted Pears and Blue Cheese

This was so simple to prepare and so elegant to serve. I used bosc pears and they did take a bit longer to brown, but stayed at a perfect firmness. My meat eating husband devoured his plate and raved at just how good the salad was. I can see adding some grilled chicken to make a complete mealfor him the next time. The salad alone was all I needed...
