Im adding some andouille sausage, and cooked apple wood smoked bacon after the first 2 hours of cooking. I just had some bacon so I thought what the heck, I'll use it up. You cant go wrong with bacon! I'm fixing to make the corn bread late"

Reviewed Rib Eye Steak with Onion Blue Cheese Sauce
"So I made this on Christmas Day, but I used Filet Mignon instead. It was love at first bite! My ultra picky step-daughter asked "whats that in the bowl?" And I told her, she immediately reached over and gave herself a big helping and went back for more. The blue cheese sauce really makes the whole meal. This is definitely a keeper in my house"

Im a server at a local diner, and also serve at a restaurant at night. I love to bake, and cook dinner for my family, take walks with my dog. Pet-peeves....Don't leave sponges in the bottom of the sink, and if you run my wooden spoons through the dishwasher, I will beat you with them!!
