Reviewed Rib-Eye Steak with Chimichurri Marinade and Dried Chile-Mustard Sauce
"Hands down, the best marinade I've ever made! My only regret was that I didn't marinate the steaks longer. The mustard sauce is delicious and complimented the meat nicely. I halved it, as I only had 2 steaks.
