Oh dear, 50 minutes in the oven so far and it is jiggling like a bowl of unset jello. And the top is really brown. Wonder what to do.................

Just finished this and it was yummy. Will do the duck on an inverted roasted so it gets more heat (used my convection feature). The dressing was delicious.

First time I made these, they were wonderful - today, not so. All doughy inside - not wet, but dry,like muffins. So disappointing.
