ok. this was perfect and yummy in every way... however people who said it was too lemony, I agree with. I added 3 Tbs sugar to cut it and Loved it about 10 times more. Maybe this makes it lemon chicken instead of Chicken Piccata but trust me, it was way better that way.

I've made these before and they are phenomenal! However is there something I can substitute for egg whites? I'm making these for a Vegan crowd so no dairy products. Maybe vegan butter? Anyone know?
