This chicken was not worth the effort at all.I followed the directions, marinated the chicken for about 7 hours, and cooked it on a rack. The bottom still came out soggy. The coating was bland. It definitely needs more seasoning. It was disappointing and embarrassing to serve this to guests. ""

This pot pie had a terrific flavor since I used homemade chicken broth in the recipe but I would have liked more of the "gravy". I found that most of the liquid was absorbed into the bisquit topping. The vegetables did not cook in the specified time and I wound up covering the pan loosely with foil and baking an additional half hour until the carrots...
