"I absolutely adored these biscuits. They came out perfectly, I prefer to use a cheese grater for the butter (also a technique I use for pie crust) and that worked out great for this recipe. Per the suggestions of other comments I put them in a 425 oven for 15 minutes. Can't say enough good things about this recipe. "
