Reviewed Chocolate Egg Cream
"These are delicious and are a great way to satisfy a chocolate craving without consuming hundreds of calories. I live in the midwest where Fox's U-Bet is unavailable. I have read so many recipes by real New Yorkers claiming that Fox's syrup is a must for a REAL egg cream that I broke down and ordered some online. I'll probably get shot for sayi"
"I cooked my bacon in the oven, poured off most of the fat and used the remainder to roast the onions. This recipe is amazing but the roasted onion mayo is the real star of the show. Be sure to use a cheddar that will melt well."
"I make this again and again. If you can't find pancetta, just use thick cut bacon. Absolutely delicious. Does not reheat well so invite some friends."
Reviewed Mac and Cheese
"Ina really hit this one out of the park. Fantastic flavor. Smells amazing."
Live in Fargo but my food preferences are anything but midwestern. It is not always easy to find exotic ingredients here but it's not impossible. Fresh herbs are very expensive. Forces you to be creative. Ina Garten is my favorite chef on Food Network. I love her cooking style and not one of her recipes has ever let me down.
