Reviewed Lemon Meringue Pie

pie turned out perfect...just hope the meringue holds up, mine usually weep. I brought the filling to a boil after adding the lemon and consistency is perfect for a pie. I see others followed diretions and only placed on low heat for one minute...I think med heat is what is needed or you get soup. ""
