This makes enough for about 6-8 people. The preparation was bit time consuming because I don't have a gas stove so I roasted my peppers in the oven. Other than that, the pasta is phenomenal! This recipe is definitely going into my "go to" pasta recipes.

The perfect balance of sweet and heat! The mango chutney really set the chicken over the top. The flavor of the jerk seasoning was perfect and wasn't overly spicy like some jerk seasoning is. You definitely have to make the mango chutney because it pairs perfectly with the spicy chicken.

Definitely a good starter recipe, but I had to add more spices to the chili and some beef stock to thin it out a bit. I added about 2T. of chili powder, 1T. paprika, and 2t. cumin. I also added the hot sauce to the chili and not the hot dogs. Like I said, it's a good starter recipe but definitely needs some tweeking to add more flavor."
