Reviewed jerk chicken

Jul 28, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

The perfect balance of sweet and heat! The mango chutney really set the chicken over the top. The flavor of the jerk seasoning was perfect and wasn't overly spicy like some jerk seasoning is. You definitely have to make the mango chutney because it pairs perfectly with the spicy chicken.

The BEST BBQ chicken recipe ever!! Alton provides yet another flawless recipe and it's easy. I first made this recipe recently over the Memorial Day weekend and everyone raved about this chicken. A couple of changes I made is I didn't have any adobo powder and my smoked paprika wasn't hot, but I just added some cayenne and it was great. Definitely"

Delicious and easy potato salad! I only made a few changes based on my family's taste and availability of ingredients I had on-hand. I didn't add the 2 cloves of garlic and instead of white wine vinegar I used apple cider vinegar. My husband is a fan of onions in his potato salad and I'm not, but I don't mind the green onions so this is a great po"

Definitely a good starter recipe, but I had to add more spices to the chili and some beef stock to thin it out a bit. I added about 2T. of chili powder, 1T. paprika, and 2t. cumin. I also added the hot sauce to the chili and not the hot dogs. Like I said, it's a good starter recipe but definitely needs some tweeking to add more flavor."

Sooooo amazingly good and simple to make! I used the chicken tenders and seasoning part from Sunny Anderson's Easy Chicken Pot Pie and also added frozen peas and carrots. My 3 year old daughter ate some and wanted seconds, and my husband asked me why I never made this before! The BEST and EASIEST chicken pot pie!!"

As usual, another perfect recipe from Alton! I used 3 or 4 other recipes before finding this one and they were either too thick or too thin. Alton's recipe is the perfect consistency and I use it for iced mocha's like "LJK61" and for chocolate milk for my 2 year old. I halved the recipe because the full recipe is too much, but I will NEVER buy sto"

Very inconsistent. Some were fluffy and others were flat and all of them fell apart when flipped. My daughter (who LOVES pancakes) wouldn't even eat them. The flavor was bland and it was a waste of time and effort. I should've stuck to my tried and true recipe, Alton Brown's "Instant" Pancake Mix, which is always delicious. Don't waste your time w"

Super simple and delicious! We had this for dinner last night and it was so easy to prepare and tasted wonderful. We couldn't find bass in my area so we used thick cod filets and mahi mahi, and followed the rest of the recipe exactly as stated. Thank you Ina for such a simple and delicious recipe to prepare at home for my family."

I love this macaroni recipe but I only gave it four stars for a couple of reasons. I felt like the macaroni would have been better if it wasn't baked so next time I'm going to brown the bread crumbs and place on top without baking. I left out the onions and used 8oz. sharp cheddar and 8oz. of a block American cheese because I love how it melts and"
