This is typical of Anne! A fantastic recipe, easy to follow with beautiful results. The crust is exceptional, and the ingredients for the filling are also forgiving. I used two yellow squash, one zucchini, purple onion, added about 1/2 pound of spinach at the end just to wilt, and the rest exactly the same. The whole family loved it. Thanks again...
