Reviewed Cranberry Harvest Muffins

great muffins, moist and flavorful. Only thing I added was the zest of 1 orange and extra spices (1/4 teaspoon cardamom, 1/4 nutmeg) in addition to the ones in the recipe. Best I have made in awhile.

Reviewed Easy Greek Salad

I thought the salad ingredients were great but thought the dressing lacked something-seemed a bit bland to me. After tasting it I squeezed the entire lemon into the dressing before I dressed the salad to give it a bit more taste. Not sure what I will add next time but definitely needs something extra for my taste."

After reading the reviews I cut salt to 3/4 teaspoon and lowered temperature to 375 degrees and this is perfect. The were absolutely fabulous. Two people that I shared them with said they were the best cookies they had ever tasted. My cookies tended to spread out a bit more that Ree's did but that is fine. Followed recipe exactly but thought it was still a little bland so added part of a jar of "hot" prepared salsa and it was great. I find adding salsa to many soups that lack a bit of kick works well, I keep a jar in my pantry all the time."
