"I recognize this recipe and I've made it once and it was delicious; but this recipe came from Billy's Bakery in New York and yet his name wasn't mention. The recipe is exactly the same, except for the baking powder, the the step was exactly the same."

"This is my favorite recipe. The first time I made this recipe, it turn out terrific; I used vanilla pastry cream for my filling. I felt like I was in France :). But when I try making them again, it didn't hold it shape. I don't know what I did wrong? Any advise. "

"If you like light and airy cake and not too sweet, this cake is for you. I make this cake at least twice a month for my husband. The only different thing I change is that I bake them in the bundt pan and I add raisins then I sprinkle them with powder sugar. Excellent recipe.
