"As a take-out Tikka Masala girl myself once a week, this was my first run at home with an Indian recipe. I'll be replacing my take out for this dish often. It was a straight-forward recipe and my husband loved it! I didn't use fenugreek leaves (couldn't find them) and served it with brown rice and naan. Yum. "
