LOVE love love this salmon recipe. The mustard and herbs are strong flavones but they really complement the salmon. Use the full amount of herbs called for in the recipe for a flavorful punch. Great recipe! I halved it for my husband and I. Perfect for two large servings or three smaller servings. I made a few changes: used half while wheat flour, added two teaspoons of flax seeds, and a few chocolate chips in with the blueberries for an extra treat! These pancakes were delicious and fluffy. This was a great recipe. It came out perfectly fudgy when baked for 29-30 minutes. I would bake the crust for a bit less time next time - maybe 10 minutes. I think the dark brown sugar is key for this recipe's richness. The family loved it!"
