Substituted Manchego for cheddar, and the mayonnaise wasn't for me. They're definitely on the heavier side, but they're twice baked potatoes after all. Probably would make a few more changes next time around. Like non-fat Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, and a bit less butter to lighten the load."

In an effort to give constructive critisism of this recipe, I'd say it is too oily if Canola oil is used, and it could use some cumin. For myself, the fattyness of avocados is enough without the added oil; I would leave it out."
