Totally enjoyed this, packed with flavor! I have never had Etouffee before so was not sure what to expect other than a thick gravy. Made a mistake and added the liquid too fast so it never thickened like it should have. So I turned it into soup, I just added the cooked rice the last 5 mins.
I cant wait to try this again but make it corr...

As others have done made the pomegranite molasses from Alton Brown, and followed the recipe exactly, just seemed to be missing something I added more salt and 2tbsp more of honey, still seemed lacking in flavor so I added some fresh ginger that seemed to help but not alot. It sure is fun to try new things tho:)""

Wow this was just incredible, a real delight for the taste buds! Kept to the recipe but left out the onion in the meatballs and the flavor was amazing, just of enough bite of heat. If want something rich and delish to serve try this one!""
