My Activity

Reviewed PB & J Muffins

"These were MUCH better the first time when I mistakingly used 2 teaspoons of baking powder instead of 2 T. They were tastier and a little more dense. The second time I used 2 T. and they were too crumbly and fell apart and had a much more bland taste. Wonder if it was a typo error on the baking powder. ""

Reviewed Pork Tenderloin with Rum-Molasses Glaze and Grilled Pineapple-Jalapeno Sauce

Reviewed Is It Really Better Than Sex? Cake

"I made this cake for our local barn dance. It was the hit of the night!! Everyone wanted the recipe! And it was sooo easy to make. It is the most amazingly delicious cake! I cooked my cake the full 35 minutes to be sure it was cooked all the way through. Maybe that's why the other reviewer's came out soggy. I didn't drain my pineapple. Will definately make this again!!
And my answer is YES it is better."

Reviewed Potato Gnocchi with Peas, Prosciutto and Ricotta

"OMG!! It was that good!! It was fun and easy to make. Yes, you do have to play with the flour to make the dough right. Mine boiled up very nicely. And the lemon ricotta was amazing too. Such a beautiful presentation. I totally rocked the family with this one. Not one gnocchi left!
