I just made this, I cooked the garlic with olive oil very slow for about an hour, combined tomatoes, butter(used half) added fresh mushrooms, Banquet Garnee (combo of many italian spices), crushed red peppers, salt and pepper (simmered for about a hour). Cooked angel hair and garnished with parm and fresh basil. It was good but it lacked something"

Reviewed Sweet and Spicy Coleslaw

I really like this salad. My husband makes coleslaw once a week not only because he likes it but is a great fiber source. I made this one especially because it didn't have MAYO. It's going to be a regular (thank you) the heat and fruit factor is really interesting and shows him that there are coleslaws without the mayo factor! "
