Reviewed Wheely Good Pasta and Cheese
"The concept is great, but the flavor is not. I searched high and low at the 3 grocery stores in my town for the cheese and finally found it. Expensive and stinky. But it does make a rich, creamy cheese sauce. I didn't add enough salt, so it was flavorless. We wound up tossing most of it, my boyfriend and I didn't like it. If I you do try this recipe, stick with a family friendly cheese like cheddar. "
