"Love, love, love these crab cakes! I wasn't a fan of the sauce, but the crab cakes were amazing! Did not have heavy cream so I boiled 1% milk, worked just fine. Takes some preparation because they have to be refrigerated for 2 hours, but well worth it. Thanks, Paula! "

I enjoy cooking hearty, family friendly, comfort foods. My most famous dishes are my lasagna and my take on Guy Fieri's spanish rice. I also make excellent desserts that include a rich sour cream cake. I don't have a favorite resturant, but enjoy trying new places, especially locally owened places.
