I love this recipe and always get rave reviews when I make it. Like others I have tweaked it to meet my needs. I don't use the squash and I use less stock. Love, love, love these crab cakes! I wasn't a fan of the sauce, but the crab cakes were amazing! Did not have heavy cream so I boiled 1% milk, worked just fine. Takes some preparation because they have to be refrigerated for 2 hours, but well worth it. Thanks, Paula! "
