Great consistency and flavor, a nice brown gumbo. When it comes to the chicken step, MAKE SURE you only add ONE TEASPOON of the seasoning... let's just say that we got over excited and forgot to reference the recipe and dumped a half cup of that seasoning in with the chicken :( "

Lovely, but next time I would follow the other reviewers and cut the sugar, I feared that it would throw off the balance of things. I am a person who LOVES sweet things, things most people find too sweet to enjoy. I found the bread pudding to be too sugary, and the syrup on top of it made it teeth-coating sugary sweet. I would add some raisins...
