"I made this for Thanksgiving and it was wonderful. Its a keeper! I baked it for 45 minutes instead of 25 and it was set in the middle. The only other change that I made was that I made the pie crust.

"It's a sure thing. Easy to make - I have made this 5 or 6 times and have served it to a variety of people and all have loved it. I followed her directions exactly but nobody has wanted any maple syrup she says to serve it with. You need to put a cookie sheet under your 9x13 Pyrex in case a little bubbles over. So nice that it goes in the frig the night before...

"Excellent! This has a very fresh taste and smell. The bonus is that it makes 2 cakes and is so easy to make. I made both on Friday and served one to a group of 7 year olds and gave the other to my mom for her company at her house. Both cakes disappeared. Adults and children love it.
