Reviewed Citrus-Garlic Roasted Chicken

"The marinade looked and smelled great. But the chicken should have been turned for the last 15 minutes of bake time as the bottom side was white and unappealing. I didn't notice tasting any of the marinade once it was cooked. The chicken was good, but nothing special. Plus I am out the cost of the baking sheet that was under the rack since the sticky citrus drippings turned black and destroyed the pan."

"Does this recipe really mean 2 tablespoons of vanilla? Most call for 2 teaspoons, or 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 of almond. But 2 tablespoons, really?
(I do love these cookies when my mom makes them from her similar recipe with 1 tsps. vanilla.)
