I made these for my wife to take to work (She works at an art college where their biggest department in the culinary department) and these things were a huge hit.

I will say, like everyone else has, stick them in the freezer for about 10 minutes before you try to make them into balls.

Everything everyone has said is true. It is easy. It is tasty. I used a little more butter in the crust and Hazelnut spread instead of the candy and it was really really good.

Pretty good. The beef is tough. If you get a roast and do it in a crock pot, its alot better. or if you drink a couple of Guinness' first.

Not a bad drink. It does pack a little hidden punch. I think a little more apple liquor is the way to go. A pinch of cinnamon is good too.

The chicken was amazing. Such good flavor. I didnt make the spicey sauce, but the chicken is good enough without it. I also baked mine instead of frying it and it turned out well.
