Reviewed Spanish Chicken and Potato Roast
"This was very tasty. Did it in a cast iron skillet and that worked well. Gave it one less star because the chicken took MUCH longer to cook (closer to 25 minutes than 12). Very flavorful, but a touch heavy on the paprika...onions and sauce were wonderful.""
Reviewed Roasted Citrus-Herb Game Hen
"Moist, delicious, fabulous! Sauce was very tasty, though really not even needed because the hens were so juicy. Will definitely make this dish again.""

Reviewed Sunny's Rack of Lamb
"This was fabulous--a real WOW for company and pretty easy. I served it with garlic mashed potatoes (Emeril's recipe on this site) and haricot verts. Note that the coating, while not specifically stated in the recipe, consists of the first six ingredients to include 2 T olive oil.
