This was very tasty. Did it in a cast iron skillet and that worked well. Gave it one less star because the chicken took MUCH longer to cook (closer to 25 minutes than 12). Very flavorful, but a touch heavy on the paprika...onions and sauce were wonderful.""

The burgers were delicious; however, the mayonaise mixture combined with the ground chicken makes a very wet texture. I would recommend using a grill basket that you can put the burgers in and flip them without using a spatula. Seven minutes on each side is about right, so put the buns on in the last two minutes. Didn't change a thing, except baked them in a 12-muffin pan. The batter fit the 12 muffin cups perfectly and it was just the right size for a dessert portion...frankly I can't imagine eating a bigger portion. (In response to MN Girl's comment, I thought the orange flavor came through fine without overpowering.) I imagine these will also freeze "

This was fabulous--a real WOW for company and pretty easy. I served it with garlic mashed potatoes (Emeril's recipe on this site) and haricot verts. Note that the coating, while not specifically stated in the recipe, consists of the first six ingredients to include 2 T olive oil.
