My Activity

Reviewed Linguine with Shrimp and Lemon Oil

"This was the very first recipe I tried from Giada's cookbook and it turned out great. Easy to make and so delicious."

Reviewed Pecan Pie

"I did not use the pie crust recipe because I had cut my finger the day before and did not relish the idea of rolling out dough with an open wound. I will be reviewing the filling.

The filling is delicious. It tastes just like how a pecan pie is supposed to taste It was a tad too sweet after a few bites, though, so I think I'll be cutting down on"

Reviewed Potato Croquettes

I was really surprised by how little work went into such a flavorful dish. Grea"

Reviewed Turkey with Herbes de Provence and Citrus

"I prepared this recipe with an 11 pound turkey and it turned out great! The meat was really juicy and flavorful. I also loved the smell of herbs cooking permeating throughout my house. All the herbs in the rub really make this turkey stand out. I am really happy with this recipe and definitely plan to use it again next year!"
