"This is hands down the BEST banana bread recipe ever! Every time I make this people ask me for the recipe. It's pretty much fool proof. It's so light and moist. My kids can't get enough of it. I usually make it into mini muffins. I often add things to it and my kids never suspect because it is so tasty! I add ground flax seed or wheat germ, etc. I"

"Meh... it was good, but VERY labor intensive. I don't think I would make it again. It took over two hours. You could achieve the same result by stacking pancakes, meat and eggs on your plate and serving with the maple cream sauce. It made WAY more than the recipe suggests, so I have more left over than was eaten. It was just okay for me."

Your recipe was DIVINE! I have no idea why, but I got 21 biscuits out of this recipe. They were nice and tall, flaky, fluffy and wonderful! I didn't have any full fat yogurt so I used Greek. My family LOVED THEM. See my comment below for the gravy recipe I came up with.
