Reviewed The Ugly Duckling Salad
"This is absolutely a hit! We had to use jicima instead of cleriac and it was yummy. Best of all, FINALLY a delicious dressing that doesn't use mustard as the emulsifier!!! I'm deathly allergic to it and have searched high and low for a good dressing recipe that doesn't use it...thanks!!! All our guests love this salad, especially the "dressing", which we also use on meats, like roast pork loin.
