Made this for for Thanksgiving this year, definitely a little extra work, but worth it! It was delicious, the bread still held its shape (ie, did not get extremely soggy), and it had great flavor. We had a few people ask for a copy of this recipe.""

Reviewed Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding

Tasted amazing. The liquid it calls for is way more than needed... I was able to almost make a double batch out of the liquids, so if you do make the whole thing, have extra croissants ready. Also, to make it look more chocolatey, I stirred in a handful of chocolate chunks and placed a few on the top (this way, there is no mistaking what it is)...
