“Easy and Delicious. Made a half batch and it turned out great. I added a little extra (1 cup) of chicken stock because the potatoes & leeks were not fully immersed in the liquid before boiling. Glad I did as it still turned out really thick.
Flavor was good - but I added a little cayenne powder and garlic salt to add depth.
