Oh YUMMY I love this recipe! It is a staple in my house and the only chili recipe I use. My fiance likes more meat than beans so I always double up on the meat but follow everything else to a T. I made this dish with the Skillet Rosemary Chicken and it is so delicious. We had friends over for dinner and every one just kept complimenting the meal. I am making it tomorrow with prime rib for Christmas dinner and I can't wait. I use portobello mushrooms and regular cream cheese, yummy!
