My family enjoyed this meal, and I will make it again. Next time I'll use legs only, as it was a tad too greasy for me. Next time I will also double the rice/pasta/broth but keep the amount of veggies the same. Since I'm not a big fan of them, half a large yellow bell pepper was plenty.

Excellent turkey burgers! I only gave it a 4 because I thought there was a tad too much cumin, but my family doesn't agree. I used pork bacon and jalapeno jelly. I used French bread rather than buns. I will make this again.

Quick, easy, little clean-up, what's not to love? My teenage son isn't big into roasted potatoes, but hubby and I managed to polish them off. Will be makin this again. This time I used tenders. Next time, I'll use the breasts for more cheesy surface.

I made the pork and salsa tonight and served it with cilantro lime rice. It was delicious. The combination of the rub and then the bbq sauce was amazing. I'll definitely be making this again. The rice went along with it so well, I'm not sure if I'll try it with the wrap.

Wow! The store was out of short ribs, so I substituted a chuck roast cut into "country ribs". Absolutely delicious served with mashed potatoes and sauteed kale. I used Merlot and rosemary (rather than thyme) as that's what I had on hand. Can't wait to make it again with the short ribs. Thank you Anne!

At no point did Tyler Florence state these were "authentic" enchiladas. Currently living in a state that shares a very long border with Mexico, we would recognize this as Tex-Mex, where almost anything goes...even flour tortillas. And, here's a trick to see how hot your jalapeno is: taste the thing! And, rotel tomatoes just make it less authentic....
