"This is an amazing recipe. Its better than any Tikka Masala I've eaten in any restaurant.
The only thing I do a little differently is that I brown the serrano peppers in the butter/oil before I add the garlic ginger mixture. I like the peppers cooked a bit longer than you can do if you add the mixture at the same time. It overbrowns and seperat"
