Reviewed Grilled Warm Potato Salad with Roasted Garlic and Black Olive Dressing

Love it! So easy to make and so flavorful! I use whatever potatoes I have on hand. Tonight I used Idahos - cut them in half and parboiled in salt water. I grill extras bc the kids won't eat the salad, but they LOVE the "grill fries" - I just make sure I grill enough so there is enough for the salad and the rest go to the kids, plain. ""
