I put a bit of twist to this. I mixed the eggs but added , some chopped up onion , bell peppers, jalape�o and fresh mushrooms. Mixed and cooked as they did. Then I did cut mine in rounds. Ina thank for sharing this. I made this tonight. I have always roasted my veggies better them boiling them. BTW just a little share here next time you buy your asparagus and its big (over grown). Try steaming them for about 10 minutes then roast makes a big difference. I also roast my veggies for my roast to in the crock pot. Any ways I only used...
