Reviewed Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies
"Delicious!""
Reviewed Mock Risotto
"One of my favorite things to make! It makes a ton, and I like to switch the vegetables up. It's easy to change this recipe around to suit your needs- maybe with sour cream, corn, and black beans? Very versatile, and very easy. Though it is a bit time consuming.
Reviewed Orecchiette with Mixed Greens and Goat Cheese
"I love this recipe! It's quick and easy and combines several of my favorite flavors- goat cheese, sundried tomatoes, and pasta! I can't seem to find Orecchiette anywhere, so I usually just use whatever pasta I have on hand.
Reviewed Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
"This cookies tasted great, but they were super cakey and did not travel well. If you're looking for something to bring somewhere, I wouldn't recommend these. If you're looking for something to eat warm out of the oven, bake away!
Reviewed Chicken Parmesan
"I love this recipe. It's my go to when I want something comforting but still healthy. I like to make double batches of the marinara so that I can freeze some to have with pasta another time. I also will make this recipe and then freeze it in individual portions- it's even better as leftovers! I made this for my dad on Father's day and my entire family loved it. I love that the chicken isn't breaded and fried- you can really taste the herbs. Thanks Giada!
Reviewed Pastitsio
"I made this recipe and my friends and I really loved it! I used two lbs of lamb instead of the lamb beef combo, and I left out the cayenne (I'm not big on heat. Next time I'll probably just make the pasta with meat sauce to cut down the cook time and to make it less rich. I love you Ina!

Reviewed Fabulous Fudge
"This fudge is way too sweet, and not as light textured as it could be. If I make it again, I'll use dark and bittersweet chocolate, and possibly add some sort of alcohol to balance out the sweet.
