Loved this! For me it was the perfect sweetness. I added extra cream cheese, thank you @biteandsip. Also added a bit more sugar in the cream cheese mix. I substituted whole wheat flour (was out of AP) and crust was delicious. Also used turbinado sugar on the crust after the egg wash. Will definitely make again!

Reviewed fried pork dumplings

Absolutely delicious!! It was a little labor intensive but well worth it. I doubled the recipe, froze the dumplings uncooked, on a sheet pan then into a zip lock bag for freezer storage. Followed instructions for frying and wallah-ready to eat when you are!

Delicious and super easy. Added a touch more salt and accompanied it with angel hair pasta. Plenty of sauce for the chicken and pasta. Definitely a keeper

Beautiful, but somewhat labor intensive. Icing was delicious but was excessive. Probably wouldn't make again.

Reviewed Amaretto Biscotti

How delicious!! This will become a house favorite. Feedback from my experience: almonds created a small problem when cutting - a little crumbly, some got in the way of a consistent 1" slice. It was only aesthetic. The biscotti are delicious wo the added chocolate garnish but if you have the time and chocolate it really takes it to the next level.
