"I love a minimalist approach to good food. This is right there. I followed the recipe as written the first time; used mahi mahi the next and increase the hoisin and water; kicked up the heat. Very nice! Will definitely do it again. Thanks."
I love a minimalist approach to great food! The fewer ingredients the better. I also want to destroy the myth that guys (every day guys; not chefs) don't know their way around the kitchen and to try to de-mystify it for those who feel overwhelmed.
