Reviewed Swedish Meatballs

"These Swedish meatballs were just fantastic, as are most of Emeril's recipes! This was actually pretty easy to make, though it did take a long time to prepare. I think it was perfect as written; not too much salt or butter at all. I served this with buttered egg noodles and German red cabbage. We will definitely make this again!"

"These were very good, I will definitely make again. I did cut the salt in half, it seemed like a bit too much, and they turned out fine. Very quick and easy to make. Sprinkled with some cinnamon sugar and drizzled with honey they taste just like from a restaurant."

Reviewed Ultimate Ginger Cookie

"These cookies are plain evil - I've already eaten half a pan! I made my own batch of crystallized ginger just for this recipe and these cookies are amazing! The dough was a bit crumbly and dry, but I went ahead and baked them the way they were. Baked them for 13 minutes and they came out perfectly chewy on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. The crystallized ginger gives it a slight bite to this spicy little cookie. I didn't find the cloves to be too strong, but I am used to spicy foods and love cloves."

"Good accompaniment for curry. I've made this several times and prefer using mostly whole wheat flour and, like the previous reviewer, extra virgin olive oil. The changes give it a better flavor that works well with India dishes. "

Reviewed Instant Chocolate Cake

"Sorry, but this was incredibly disappointing. I did not expect it to be as good as traditional cake, but to me this was inedible. The texture was off, and there was not a lot of good chocolate flavor to redeem it, especially considering how calorie dense this recipe is. Yes, it's cheap and easy, but why make something that's not worth eating anyway? This definitely would not satisfy a chocolate or cake craving for me at all. "

"This was good and very easy to make. The fruit went well together with the cinnamon dusted crust. Everyone enjoyed it although I personally prefer Emeril's recipe for Blueberry Peach Cobbler.
