Reviewed Quick Cinnamon Apple Tarte
"Well.... after 1 hour and 15 minutes my tart was full of apple juice, and the apples looked terrible, and the crust was not done (and I'm a very good cook). I lightly put some foil over the apples and continued cooking another half hour. My husband said it was delicious and definitely worth making again. (I'm dieting so didn't get to taste this.) I used Pink Lady apples and 3T sugar with the apples, so don't know if that would have caused more juice or not. I think I might add 1 T. flour to the apple mixture next time. Was definitely fast and easy to make. Thanks, Melissa!
