About Me
I recently decided to quit my job to be home for our two kids. I worked for 10 years and was making pretty good money and was high in the company, but was not truly happy. I knew my place was at home. So, January '11 I quit. I have seen a HUGE improvement in my kids' attitudes and school progess. I married my best friend over 11 years ago and we are very happy. Life is great!
Cooking is my vise. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE cooking. You can always find me watching the Food Network or the Travel Channel, I like to watch Bizzarr Foods with that Andrew guy, LOL Watching these shows inspires me to cook. I've tried several recipes on this site & have tweaked some a bit & I've enjoyed all of them.
Favorite Foods
- Mexican dishes are my fav!
- Cheese has always been a weakness of mine.
- Munchie food, such as nachos, wings, dips, etc. are also a weakness but I love coming up with new recipes.
