Great classic recipe but was wondering why there's no cream or milk? I ended up having to add milk and butter. I also used 2 cups of white chedder cheese."

Excellent twist on a classic chicken tortilla soup. The wild rice and corn add great texture and flavor. I couldn't find epazote but will look for it next time. I topped with monterery jack cheese and tortillas. Do not skip the cilantro. And add juice of one lime to soup; it brings the flavors together."

Reviewed Chocolate Souffles

Mar 12, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Claire rocks. I had a chocolate craving late at night but had cocoa powder. I found an alternate recipe using 1/2 cocoa powder, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 butter, 1/4 flour and 1 cup milk mixed slowly in double boiler. It was easy but I think I'll keep chocolate in the pantry for those late night emergencies."
