"Easy and fast! I am not a regular cook but enjoy trying a new recipe every once in a while. This was a big hit, and I am sending the formula along to my sister. A word of caution - I cut the tip of my finger off while trying to peel the peaches. My peeler was ancient and dull, the peaches were small, and my inexperience probably didn't help. "
