I make this dish often... I follow the recipe exactly, but zest one half of a lemon to add a little more flavor. I usually don't like arugula but the lemon balances the peppery bite and makes it work. I use feta bc it's easier to have on hand.

It's a delicious salad to bring to a gathering or we add grilled chicken and use it...
