Well, I have been cooking since I was 9 years old.So I guess u could say my passion started early. I began cooking for the family at that time. My parents really had no interest in cooking, and their food reflected so. Sorry mom and dad:) I've been watching Food Network loyally since it began. Before that I watched Yan Can Cook on PBS:) When Food Network started I enjoyed programs such as Essence of Emeril, Too Hot Tamales, Molto Mario,and Melting Pot.
