Reviewed Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Dressing

Nov 18, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

A great break from lettuce based salads. Reminded me of the spinach salad my aunt used to make when I was a kid in the 1950's. I act as chef on a couple of bareboat charters every year for 25-30 people. Will add this to the menu on our next trip.

I will make it ahead and keep it in the freezer. I think it will be a his and best of all no cooking needed and now raw eggs, which you don't need to serve"

Reviewed Yellow Mustard Potato Salad

Rachel hit a home run on this one. This is the best mustard potato salad I have eaten. I replaced the yellon onion with white, just a preference of mine. The mustard totallly killed the mayo taste that don't like but left the smooth texture. I will make this every time I am called upont to bring a dish to the cook-out."

Reviewed Neely's Jerk Chicken

At the end of the day I don't care for jerk chicken. They lost me at the cinnamon. Some friends ate the result and raved about it, so I guess it was just me."
