Reviewed Frozen Key Lime Pie

"I have made this about 5 times and now have the recipe committed to memory. Super easy and super good. Just have to keep everything as cold as possible and still workable. I made 8 pies for 40 people on our annual BVI trip in November. Everyone liked it, but 4 pies were forgotten on a counter for about 45 minutes before serving. Not a good ide"

Reviewed Veal Piccata

"This is one of my all time favorite dishes in a restaurant, but where we live now there are no good italian places. Found some great veal and took the plunge. It was as good or better than anything I have eaten out. Served it with a side of pasta and a good dry white wine. Will make this each time I run across some good veal. "

"I have made this twice. Super easy and super good. Just have to keep everything as cold and frozen as possible and still workable. I intend to make this on our annual BVI trip in November. I will make it ahead and keep it in the freezer. I think it will be a his and best of all no cooking needed and now raw eggs, which you don't need to serve"

Reviewed Yellow Mustard Potato Salad

"Rachel hit a home run on this one. This is the best mustard potato salad I have eaten. I replaced the yellon onion with white, just a preference of mine. The mustard totallly killed the mayo taste that don't like but left the smooth texture. I will make this every time I am called upont to bring a dish to the cook-out."
