Reviewed Meatless Shepherd's Pie with Horseradish-Cheddar Potatoes

"My family loved this recipe. It was different but absolutely delicious. It also made great left overs for lunch the next day. HOWEVER, there is NO WAY this takes 25 minutes to make. It took much longer than that. It was worth it but plan ahead so your family is able to eat before 9. I think if I wanted to make it on a week night again, I would make the mash the potatoes the day before, and pre chop all the veggies to cut the preparation time.

Reviewed Eggplant Stew with Honey and Golden Raisin Polenta

"I loved this recipe and will definitely make it again.. It was terrific but I felt that it was a little to spicy. Next time I will put in half of the recommended crushed red peeper flakes.
