These were great-I love that I could use whatever odds and ends were left in my baking bin. The only thing is these make about 6 dozen cookies-not even close to 18. If you wanted 18 you'd have to use the huge 3T cookie scoop-even then you'd get at least 2 dozen.

Would only make this again if *had* to. Like had a ton of black beans and pumpkin and didn't know what else to do. Even then....the kids barely made it through and although Hubby and I didn't feel it was that bad it was certainly a meal that was not as good as most of mine.

I was looking forward to trying this recipe but in the end it was not good. First you can't taste the coconut at all. If you don't to the rum or an extract you can't taste it.
