Reviewed Twice-Baked New Potatoes

We loved these potatoes as well. They were so tasty. For those that said their potatoes were not done enough, I think you might have picked too big potatoes. I picked potatoes that were slightly bigger then a golf ball, smaller then a baseball. Maybe more billard ball size. And I made a bunch of them and then froze the ones we didn't eat that"

don't know where she's shopping but I can't find red and yellow peppers for 2/$1. Some oriental markets have the red ones for $.99/lb but they are mishapen and now suitable for stuffing.. Great recipe. Lots of stages and work, but worth it if you are going to do it a couple times a year. First of all I'd give it negative stars for the prep work estimate. 10 min is a joke. Nearly 30 min. later and all I have is a soupy eggy mess and lots of clean up. I used a blender, slowly added the oil to the egg + dry ingredients. I did exactly what the recipe called for and I got soup. I'll just go to the store and buy Mayo. ""

WOW, just got done with our NY Strips marinated all day (in the refridge) and grilled outside. I only had some frozen pinapple slices that had been canned. So I used that juice and then pureed a couple of the slices. Then 1/2'd the recipe for just two steaks. It was awsome and I will do this again!!! "
